A collection of personal data does not take place, unless the berth operator collects it via its own arrival and departure reports and thus for the purpose of business transactions with you.

For this purpose, it may be necessary for you to provide contact information of another person, e.g. the contact details of vessels' command. We require their consent to share these contact details with us or to the berth operators for a specific purpose.
